Investment Hoaxes

I'm not an investment wizard and not am I condemning those who invest, I've tried a couple of times, and about all I get out of it was TAKEN!  I guess you have to have someone like "Chuck" pulling for you before you can be sure that your investment is sound and that you can make some money off of it.

If you search the web there are all kinds of ways to "make easy money" - of course the website is speaking of the person with whom you are investing!  Nothing is as simple as buying stock, property, houses, etc, and waking up tomorrow with $100,000 in your account.  No doubt more LOSE their investment than MAKE from their investment.

In searching the net you will see that one of those ways is buying the currencies of other countries.  Vietnam, Japan, Iraq, etc.  Once these currencies revalue (called RV) then you make a mint (or so they say) from the cheap investment you make. (Like buying a $1,000,000 of their money with say $1,000 of your money.)

They tell you that it all depends on the rate that the currency RV's at as to how much you will make.  Some claim that you could make millions of dollars from just a $1,000 or so.  One of these markets advertizes the currency of Iraq, called the Dinar.  Supposedly it is to RV soon but they been saying that for nearly 7 months now, and so far ZILCH!

Further research revealed that the RV had been in the making since around 2003 and quit recently I say a note saying one person did not expect it to RV until 2015!  My, what an investment!  Someone has your money, they have invested it in a "sure" market while selling you a bogus market.  In March of this year they said it would be just days before this happened.  Some promised up to $15.00 per Dinar which would have given a person who purchased say a million Dinar, $15,000,000!  Yeap, and I have some Atlantic beach front located in Tennessee I'd like to sell you!  The promise was moved to April, then May - well you can figure the rest.  While folks struggled to make it, the invester continues to buy Dinar and guess what - the seller makes more money and the buyer gets RIPPED OFF!

This is a hoax, no two ways about it.  There will not be an RV now or in 2015.  Since the selling of the currency is legit, there is no way anyone can sue the seller.  They did not promise any return at anyone point, but that IF and WHEN the RV came you would make some money.  Well, park your car in front of the bank and keep your Dinar inhand and when you and the meter expire, you will be towed off to the cemetery - broke BUT you will still have the Dinar.

Exploiting Our Children - Part II

I would like to start this article with a couple Bible verses, so if this offends you, move to the next paragraph! In Romans 16:19 we read, "For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil." I have bold printed the end of the verse as that is the part I wish to emphasis. The less we know about the "evil" the better it is. I will explain further in a moment. The second verse is found in Matthew 18:6 where Jesus is talking to His disciples and those around Him. He says, "But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea." You must admit that is pretty strong language! Imagine suggesting that pedophiles be thrown into Lake Michigan, the Atlantic or Pacific, etc, with a weight tied about their necks so they would be sure to drown! My, you talk about "hate language" - you talk about "denying a man his rights" - you talk about your Miranda Rights being abused. What I want you to see is that this exploiting of our children is more offensive to God than you could imagine. Concerning Roman 16:19 let me quickly say that often we learn more than we wish about the evils that go on in this world. So, if you don't know some of these things consider yourself blessed and take someone else's word for it - it is going on and it is worse than I even know.

In the previous article I mentioned that there were at least three different types of sites. Let me explain that I am not very computer wise so there are probably other types I just do not know how to get to them and THANK GOD I DON'T! I believe there is some type of a bulletin board service which links you to other sites or pictures, etc, but I'm just guessing as I did not pursue them. But, I am sure they are more wicked than I could imagine and I'm glad I did not know how to persue them.

We view a program on one of the major networks some time ago about "Human Trafficking" that takes place around the world. Of course you are aware that this trafficking is MOSTLY women and children. This trafficking is mostly, according to the program, to provide sexual services. The lives that have been ruined must be unthinkable and when the guilty parties are arrested many times they get a slick lawyer and get off just to go and do it again. (Perhaps Matthew 16 might fit in here?) My point here is that this "exploiting" is a money making business (as is the porn industry) and no doubt this filters its way into "higher places" so stopping it is very difficult. I do not have proof but no doubt many of these children are homeless or runaways and for a few pennies they allow themselves to be used and photographed by these wicked and ungodly people.

I believe I touched on it in the previous article that the Supreme Court has "weakened" prosecution of such sites and people because of how they define nakedness or child abuse. So by making a disclaimer on their sites that they are following such and such a law or regulation they are consider "legal". I'm sorry but the following might offend some of you, but so be it. I believe that showing "cleavage" and "too much thigh" is as wicked as the nakedness itself! No man reading this article can honestly tell me that the exposure of these parts of the body do not affect him (liar)! Our forefathers knew this and women who did "expose themselves" were NOT thought of as proper or "ladies" rather as -- well for the sake of the younger who may read this I'll refrain from using the words.

So, let me end this article, NOT that there is no more to say about it or that I have in any manner exhausted the subject. I have told you what I have observed and how I was somewhat shocked, I say somewhat because at my age nothing really shocks me anymore when it comes to the wicked things men will do for money. I'm sure that this unnoticed article will not solve anything or even change the attitude of the ISP's around this world or even make one Senator, Congressman, etc, want to stop this wickedness, but at least you know where I stand on the issue.

Here are a couple of Bible verses that might help you understand why this stuff goes on and is permitted. In Genesis 2 and 3 we learned about a tree called "the tree of the knowledge of good and evil" a tree God had told Adam NOT to partake of. Of course you know that Satan convince Eve that it was okay to partake and so she did and hence man became aware of "evil". The consequences are recorded from Genesis 4 through Revelation 20 giving you a record of what God did NOT want man to know. In Genesis 6:5 we read, "And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually." Think of that, "evil continually" - that is 24 hours a day someone somewhere RIGHT NOW is thinking of some evil thing to do. What are you doing to fight against this evil? Wishing it wasn't there, saying nothing, etc, accomplishes nothing and if you do say something (as these articles) and it goes unnoticed - so what - at least you said something! I hope you will speak up, our children are being abuse and I'm not talking about physical here!

Exploiting Our Children - Part I

I'm not sure if this will be a multi-part blog or not but it probably will be. Over the past year I have read several articles on the Internet, from various newspapers, blogs, major networks, etc, about how children (under aged - below 18) are used as models, etc, and yet the sites are anything but that. So I decided to do some "surfing" and just see what was really going on.

I want to explain to you that in raising our children (2 girls and 5 boys) we NEVER permitted them to walk around the house in their underwear. The girls had to have a house coat on if they had on their Pj's and the boys were NOT allowed to go around without a shirt on. I'll give you two reasons although there are more. 1.) I did not, nor did my boys, need to see my girls half dressed! 2.) Biblically it is wrong for a man to look upon the nakedness of his "kin". (Read Leviticus 18). With that thought out of the way let's proceed.

[For those of you who would brand someone a pedophile and at the same time let your daughter wear a bathing suit or a bikini to the public beach, WMCA, etc, just how does that differ from the "preteen pages on the net?" Don't give me your excuse about "bathing suits are different" - how is it they different on the net? Oh, I'm sorry did I offend you? And NO we did not go to the public beach and my girls and boys never wore just a suit, they had to have on a pair of shorts and a top OVER the bathing suit. IF we went it was to a private area with just our family or maybe a friends pool who was not using it at that time. (I'm sorry if you think I'm a prude - tough apples, I tried to practice what I preached. Some of you don't like the exploiting of children on the net, but YOU exploit them yourself! Okay I'm done.)]

Let me say first that I do not recommend everyone to do this. I was shocked at what I discovered. Basically there are three types of sites out there. First: those that indeed use children as models; no inappropriate dress; or inappropriate "poses." Second: those that use children (especially girls) in suggestive poses, etc, wearing clothing most girls do not wear. (I refrain from details here.) Third: Those that pose as sites but are trying to be hero's and "catch the pedophiles." They pose as a site with nakedness, etc, and then will warn you that your computer number has been kept and call you a pedophile. (I only saw two, but that was enough.) I will not explain how these searches are made as I am NOT suggesting anyone do this, especially you ladies - you will be upset. Of course there is no reason a dad should not be upset - unless... okay I"ve said enough on that.

When I began this search I had NO idea what was there and I must admit I am shocked that it is permitted under any "supposed" right, liberty or reason. As I view these sites I could not help but think, "what if that were my granddaughter?" I'll tell you I would be MAD. The supreme court of this nation has made laws so vague, concerning nudity, etc, that much that goes on is "somewhat" protected and even if it is not most of it will probably never be stopped - at least at this point.

Now here is the amazing thing, many of these sites (I didn't go through them all) declare that there is "no nudity or nakedness" and some of them will state that the parents gave their permission for these children to be photographed (I imagine there was a nice chunk of money involved in this transaction) and while it was true, there was none, the poses these little girls (some as young as 8) were ANYTHING but lady like and had NOTHING to do with modeling clothes, shoes, hats, etc. Also, they were often dressed in things that most little girls NEVER wear. (Tell me what a 10, 11, 12, etc, years old girls is doing modeling a pair of thigh-high stockings? That is enough on that subject.)

As I said some of the sights were legit at what they did, nothing wrong with taking picture of children properly dressed and not in suggestive poses (If you don't know what that means ask someone else.) Just a side note here. I also gathered from several sites I viewed that many of these children are from European countries and I believe the reason is the money is appealing and the laws might not be as ridged.

I think I will stop here for now and post some more later. Again, I do NOT suggest that you go looking, it is worse than I thought. It is no wonder there are such people as pedophiles. And for those who might read this and think everyone looking at these site is a pedophile, you are totally misunderstanding what such a person is. I promise you I had NO desire to contact anyone, save their pictures, etc. I was bascially shocked, and upset at what is permitted.

Let's see, a certain WHITE radio announcer makes a "racist" remark and he looses his job. A certain WHITE sports player makes a remark and he has to apologies and on and on it goes. A certain President makes a racist remark about the "stupidity" of police officers and NOTHING is said about an apology by the press, the ACLU, etc, he justifies it by saying his choice of words was wrong. Hum, does this tell you anything about racism in America? Probably not since most Americans believe the only wrong done in this country is by WHITE people. So much for political correctness!

Look Who Is Talking

I was just thinking....
Imagine the stupidity of thinking you can "make" money and just pass it around to everyone. Imagine the brutishness of the public thinking that Washington D. C. (Who is broke) can supply thousands of towns, cities and states with money to repair roads, fix up buildings, paint bridges, etc. If you think this is "spreading around the weath" you have a BIG surprise coming my friend. If you think you can give money to people who don't work or won't work and there will still be plenty of it, you are going to get the shock of your life when you finally wake up from your dream world you are living in.
You are living in a generation far removed from a good work ethic. The average worker today thinks he/she DESERVES more than they are getting. They believe they DESERVE money from Washington. They believe they should work shorter hours but get MORE money.
Can you imagine an elected official (Congress for instance) who would be upset because of what AIG did with the money they received while these same hypocrites vote themselves an AUTOMATC pay raise. They are making around 175.000 dollars a year now, plus benefits, and do not pay workman's compensation, etc, and they are upset at AIG - ISN'T THAT THE KETTLE CALLING THE POT BLACK?
Dr. Adrian Rogers (1931-2005) a Southern Baptist preacher is quoted as saying,

"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend is about the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

WOW! I could not have said it better. America is on its way to desolation and Washington and its leader will take you there. Whatever tune the Pied Piper is playing you will march to it because you really believe we will "borrow" our way out of debt! I was just thinking...
